The Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own the day‐to‐day social media for a portfolio of our client accounts. You'll be the person making sure each client's feed, stories, and reels are planned, produced, published, and reported on, every week, every month.
This is a hands‐on agency role. You'll develop strategy and calendars for each account, write the copy, design the graphics, edit the videos, and publish, everything ships from your hands. You'll also run paid campaigns, manage community engagement, and present results back to clients.
What you'll do
- Own day‐to‐day social media management for client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn — each with its own audience, voice, and goals.
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars for each client. Plan ahead, balance promotional and brand‐building content, hit publish on time.
- Write copy in both Albanian and English. Shift tone across clients — casual D2C for one, formal B2B for the next — without losing the brand's voice.
- Design social graphics yourself in Canva (or Figma / Adobe) — carousels, single posts, stories, branded templates that hold together across each client's feed.
- Shoot and edit short‐form video for Reels, TikTok, and stories using CapCut, Premiere, or similar. Phone‐shot content is the norm, not the exception.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok — audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and optimization for each client's goals.
- Manage community engagement across client accounts — respond to comments and DMs in the client's voice, escalate sensitive issues, flag opportunities.
- Report monthly to each client — reach, engagement, follower growth, paid results — with clear takeaways and next‐month recommendations they can actually act on.
- Communicate directly with clients on weekly check‐ins, briefings, and feedback rounds. You'll be the face of the work for the brands you own.
- Stay close to each client's brand, products, calendar, and market. The better you understand their business, the better your content gets.
What we're looking for
- 2–5+ years of hands‐on social media management experience, ideally inside an agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Track record of running multiple social accounts at once — different industries, different audiences, different voices — without losing quality.
- Strong written communication in both Albanian and English. You can shift between brand voices without sounding like the same person wrote everything.
- Comfort planning and managing paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite (TikTok Ads a plus). You read analytics, you don't just report them.
- Hands‐on design skills. You can produce a clean social graphic in Canva (minimum) or Figma / Adobe — not just spot good work and brief someone to make it.
- Short‐form video editing chops. You can shoot, cut, and caption a 30‐60 second reel in CapCut, Premiere, or similar without outside help.
- Client‐facing confidence. You can present work in a meeting, take feedback gracefully, and push back when the feedback would hurt the work.
- Organized and self‐directed. Juggling multiple accounts means owning your own calendar, deadlines, and priorities — nobody will be chasing you.
- Curiosity about a wide range of industries.
Nice to have
- Photography or art‐direction instincts for branded content shoots.
- Familiarity with content tools beyond the basics — Notion, Figma, Canva Pro, scheduling platforms (Publer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with influencer or UGC coordination — sourcing, briefing, approving.
