🚀 Quality Assurance Engineer (2–5 Years of Experience)

💡 About the Role

We’re looking for motivated Quality Assurance Engineers to join our international Quality Engineering team. In this role, you’ll be part of large-scale digital transformation projects, working across industries and modern tech stacks.

You’ll collaborate closely with international clients, developers, business analysts, and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery of features, workflows, and integrations.

✅ What We’re Looking For & 💻 Tech Stack

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing with a solid understanding of QA processes and SDLC
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and functional documentation
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, Postman for API testing, and Git
• Experience with JSON/XML and backend data validation
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Your future role

• Participate in all phases of the delivery lifecycle
• Review functional and technical documentation for test readiness
• Design and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end)
• Validate system configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Perform API testing and backend/data validation
• Work on test automation
• Identify, log, and track defects until resolution
• Support production issue analysis
• Document test results and quality metrics
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
