Location: Pristina, Kosovo

The DEKRA Arbeit Group, which operates under DEKRA SE with headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, is recognized as one of the major providers of HR and workforce solutions, with a presence in more than 140 locations around the world.

DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo is looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Manager who will contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and expansion. This position plays an important part in advancing business development, winning new clients, and reinforcing DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo’s presence in both the local and international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase sales results and meet revenue objectives across all service areas, including Recruitment, Employer of Record (EoR), and Event & Logistic Services.
  • Discover, build, and turn new business prospects into clients in local as well as international markets.
  • Establish and sustain strong connections with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, beginning with lead generation and prospecting and continuing through negotiation and final contract closing.
  • Create and execute sales plans that support the company’s goals and expansion strategy.
  • Track sales results, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while preparing regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction.
  • Act as a representative of DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo in business meetings, networking activities, and industry-related events.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, or another related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of verified experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Earlier experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, or the employment agency industry is considered an advantage.
  • Proven track record in attracting clients and expanding business activity.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
  • A proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven approach to work.
  • Capacity to work independently while handling several priorities at the same time.
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken communication.
