Job Title: Bar Back

Description: A luxury hotel in Malta is looking for Bar Back. Assists bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing the bar area, and ensuring efficient bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
• Restock bar supplies (glassware, garnishes, ice, alcohol).
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Remove empty bottles and manage waste.
• Support smooth bar operations during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience per role.
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Notes:

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Annual Net Salary: €16,800-€19,200
• Monthly Net Salary: €1400-€1600

Package:

• Net salaries.
• Accommodation provided for 1–2 weeks upon arrival (subject to availability).
• USD 350 deducted monthly from net salary for accommodation.
• Duty meals provided.
• Joining flight ticket to be arranged by the candidate.
