Job Title: Contact Center Associate
Description:
- We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to support customers and internal teams by handling inbound calls, chat and emails.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and helps coordinate communication between clients, partners, and the Fulfillment Team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer support calls and emails.
- Provide first-level assistance and answer general customer questions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to confirm and share delivery details.
- Communicate updates to clients via phone and email.
- Assist customers with refill orders through partner websites.
- Support partner sites by handling inbound inquiries.
- Escalate or coordinate issues with the appropriate internal departments when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work remotely with a home office setup.
- 16 -1 & 17-2 Schedule – 2 days off.
