The Role

The Talent team is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment and help scale hiring across the business.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple teams. This role combines execution, sourcing, and candidate management in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

Here’s the kind of work you’ll own:

• Run full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
• Post and manage job ads on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
• Source, engage, and screen candidates for active hiring needs
• Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring strategy
• Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end and ensure structured tracking in the ATS
• Ensure smooth communication and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Track pipeline progress and support basic reporting on hiring activity
• Maintain organized recruitment workflows and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of hiring processes, templates, and tools

What You Bring

This role is a strong fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency staffing
• Have hands-on experience managing full recruitment processes
• Are comfortable posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and managing pipelines
• Can work effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Have strong communication skills and confidence in candidate interactions
• Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
