Data Tracking & Digital Performance Specialist
Company: Business Match Kosovo (hiring for a Dutch retail marketing agency)

About the Client:

Your Role:
A technical role focused on tracking, data quality and analytics. You ensure tracking is correct, data is reliable, and performance can be measured properly. Your work directly impacts decision-making, reporting, and performance across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Data & Tracking
- Implement tracking frameworks with GA4, GTM, and server-side tagging
- Manage pixels and measurement across platforms
- Maintain product data feeds using Channable
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio / Multidata
- Troubleshoot technical issues with tracking, feeds, or platform connections
- Test AI-driven tracking tools and automation scripts
- Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)
Digital Performance
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into clear actions
- Improve ROAS, CPA, and margin through testing and automation
- Apply frameworks such as RFM, Pareto, and PLM
- Scale outputs using scripting and structured workflows
- Optimize product feeds and work with Channable
- Execute advertising strategies set by the Performance Manager
- Maintain account hygiene (audiences, exclusions, scripts, assets)
Reporting & Collaboration
- Deliver clean, consistent performance reports
- Share insights and learnings with the wider marketing team
- Collaborate with CRM, SEO, Social, and Data specialists
- Support the Performance Manager during client meetings with technical insights
Who you are:
- A detail-oriented, technically proficient marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with structured thinking.
What you bring:
- 4–10 years of experience in retail or e-commerce marketing
- Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, and feed-based tracking
- Hands-on experience with Shopping feeds and Channable
- Comfort working across data, marketing, and tech disciplines
- Experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads
- Experience in a marketing agency is required
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
Bonus points for:
- Experience with automation, scripting, or AI tools
- Experience with product feeds (e.g. Channable)
- Understanding of omnichannel retail (POS + e-commerce setups)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads
- Knowledge of SQL / BigQuery
