Job Title: Marketing Officer
Short description: As a Marketing Officer, you will develop and execute brand and trade marketing plans. You’ll localize campaigns, coordinate stakeholders, track performance and budgets, and drive Local Store Marketing (LSM) to support business results.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute Burger King marketing plans aligned with the brand strategy and guidelines.
- Prepare financial assumptions and forecasts for marketing activities in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate project implementation across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Localize all creative materials (ATL/BTL) with agencies and the Marketing Manager, ensuring brand-guideline compliance.
- Ensure effective communication with Operations at area and restaurant level to align in-store execution.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of promotions (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI) and overall sales impact.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends.
- Manage the marketing budget: raise POs, process invoices, recommend spend, and ensure adherence to plan.
- Proactively plan, execute, and monitor Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing (brand/trade/retail QSR experience is a plus).
- Experience managing external partners (creative/design studios, printers, media/PR agencies).
- Strong understanding of social media and PR.
- Excellent time management, a “can-do” attitude, and high ownership/independence.
- Proven project-management skills (planning, timelines, problem solving, budget estimation, performance tracking).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with KPIs and spreadsheets.
- Proficient in English.
- Positive energy and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.
