Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager leads all strategic and operational marketing activities for Burger King® Kosovo, ensuring strong brand visibility, sales growth, and alignment with global standards. The role oversees campaigns, market analysis, budget management, and cross-functional coordination across all restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers the annual marketing strategy, business plan, and full marketing calendar.
- Sets monthly sales forecasts, promotional targets, and plans for new product launches.
- Ensures alignment with franchisor brand guidelines and global marketing practices.
- Creates and delivers promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales growth, including partnerships and co-branded initiatives with suppliers.
- Works closely with marketing and advertising agencies to ensure campaigns are creative, consistent with brand standards, and executed on time and within budget.
- Prepares media plans and identifies new communication channels to strengthen market presence.
- Conducts pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure performance and identify improvements.
- Continuously monitors market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive position.
- Provides actionable insights to Management and key departments, and works with Operations to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across all restaurants.
- Supports restaurants with marketing materials, activations, and operational assistance.
- Identifies underperforming restaurants and develops targeted activities to improve their sales results.
- Manages and allocates the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Sources, negotiates, and manages agreements with third-party suppliers, agencies, and service partners.
- Prepares and submits regular marketing performance reports to Management and relevant teams.
- Provides sales forecasts to the Supply Chain Department to support inventory and stock planning.
- Takes on additional responsibilities that support brand strength and overall business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors and third-party partners.
- Proficiency in English, particularly in written and verbal communication.
