We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to support our restaurant operations. This role will act as a strategic partner to management, driving talent initiatives, improving employee experience, and ensuring effective HR practices across multiple locations.

Detyrat

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead and organize hiring events across multiple restaurant locations to attract top talent.
  • Support restaurant teams in the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in and support New Hire Orientation programs to build a strong talent pipeline.

Performance Management & Development

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development).
  • Support leadership in succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Partner with Training teams to deliver HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and follow up on results.

Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent interpretation and application.
  • Prepare and communicate updates on compensation, benefits, and HR programs.

HR Operations & Collaboration

  • Validate employee achievements and bonus payout calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 5 years proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
  • Good knowledge and experience in organization effectiveness, team dynamics, leadership development, management/leadership effectiveness and facilitation.
  • Excellent teambuilding and influencing skills, communications and unquestioned integrity, as well as, the experience to effectively address sensitive HR issue.
  • Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, plans related to enhancing diversity, performance management policies and state employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of projects.
  • Flexible and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
