We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to support our restaurant operations. This role will act as a strategic partner to management, driving talent initiatives, improving employee experience, and ensuring effective HR practices across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and organize hiring events across multiple restaurant locations to attract top talent.
- Support restaurant teams in the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in and support New Hire Orientation programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Performance Management & Development
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development).
- Support leadership in succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with Training teams to deliver HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and follow up on results.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent interpretation and application.
- Prepare and communicate updates on compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
HR Operations & Collaboration
- Validate employee achievements and bonus payout calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.
Kualifikimet
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
- Good knowledge and experience in organization effectiveness, team dynamics, leadership development, management/leadership effectiveness and facilitation.
- Excellent teambuilding and influencing skills, communications and unquestioned integrity, as well as, the experience to effectively address sensitive HR issue.
- Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, plans related to enhancing diversity, performance management policies and state employment laws.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of projects.
- Flexible and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
