We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, preferably within international or multi-entity organizations. This role is focused on financial performance analysis, reporting accuracy, data validation, and business insights that support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.
• Perform detailed financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business performance indicators.
• Monitor and reconcile partner payment reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Reconcile bank accounts, card transactions, and operational financial data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Monitor intercompany balances and ensure consistency across multiple entities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improving financial performance.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and business decision making initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or reconciliation roles.
• Experience working with international companies or multi entity organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and cash flow reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced international environment.
