- Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday coverage
About the Role
Broad Solutions is seeking 3 Social Media Account Operations Specialists to become part of its team. The position centers on overseeing, organizing, and maintaining social media account operations on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other social platforms.
The company is looking for someone who is well organized, dependable, and at ease handling multiple accounts, platform tools, browser profile systems, and secure login procedures. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, very good English communication skills, and the ability to follow established processes with care.
The selected candidate will collaborate with internal team members and work within structured procedures to make sure accounts are handled properly, consistently, and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track social media account operations across several platforms.
- Use account management tools, browser profile systems, and secure login environments in daily work.
- Keep precise records of account activity, current status, and assigned duties.
- Watch account health, platform notifications, and any possible issues.
- Work closely with team members on account updates, problems, and daily progress.
- Make sure all responsibilities are completed carefully, correctly, and within deadlines.
- Adhere to internal rules related to platform use, account protection, and workflow consistency.
- Detect and report issues connected to account access, verification, or platform functionality.
- Communicate clearly with the team in written English.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing.
- Previous experience managing multiple social media accounts is considered an advantage.
- Ease with using multi-login tools, browser profiles, proxies, VPNs, or similar account-access systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, or comparable platforms.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to follow step-by-step procedures.
- High level of organization and responsibility in handling assigned work.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, tracking sheets, and internal task-management systems.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Availability to work in one of the listed shift schedules.
Preferred Experience
- Background in social media operations, account management, moderation, or online community support.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts or brand profiles.
- Familiarity with account security, verification, 2FA, recovery procedures, and access management.
- Experience with tools such as Multilogin, GoLogin, AdsPower, Dolphin, Incogniton, proxies, VPNs, or similar systems.
- Experience collaborating with international or US-based teams is an added benefit.
Work Arrangement
This role is currently office-based. Candidates need to be able to work from the office and comply with internal operational procedures. Greater flexibility may be considered later, depending on performance, level of responsibility, and fit with the team’s workflow.
