Broad LLC is seeking capable, internet-savvy writers to support the creation and management of written content for online communities, with particular emphasis on Reddit and comparable discussion platforms.

The position is focused primarily on writing. The work includes publishing posts, replying to discussions, observing conversations, and helping steer online interaction in a way that feels natural, human, and appropriate for each platform. Since the company's clients are mainly based in the US, outstanding written English is essential for this role.

Available Shifts

The company is recruiting for several work schedules:

• Day Shift: approximately 11:00/12:00 to 19:00/20:00 Kosovo time
• US Power Hour Shift: approximately 19:00/20:00 to 03:00/04:00 Kosovo time
• Weekend Shift: Friday evening shift plus extended 12 hour Saturday/Sunday shifts, approximately 14:00 to 02:00 Kosovo time

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post written content for Reddit and other online communities
• Engage in discussions in a way that is natural, professional, and human in tone
• Track online conversations, comments, and mentions within communities
• Recognize positive, neutral, and negative sentiment in discussions
• Support the direction of conversations according to internal guidance and client objectives
• Report sensitive or high-risk discussions to internal leads
• Maintain brief notes and summaries of activities completed during your shift

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written English is mandatory.

The role calls for strong grammar, natural wording, and the ability to write in a style that is clear, fluent, and human.

Candidates should also bring:

• High attention to detail
• Sound judgment when taking part in online discussions
• Ability to follow written guidance carefully
• Comfort working independently throughout the shift
• Interest in internet culture, online communities, and social platforms

Big Advantage

Previous experience with Reddit is considered a significant advantage.

Applicants do not need to be professional Reddit experts, but those who already understand how Reddit functions will be in a stronger position.

Compensation

• €600 – €800 NET for the first 3 months, depending on experience
• Taxes and contributions are covered by the company on the first contract
• Strong performance-based growth after the initial period

Bonuses are included in the role and depend on performance and consistency.
