Your Role:

• As a Technical Lead, you will own the technical direction and architecture of our platforms, operating with a "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy. You will blend deep engineering, infrastructure ownership, and strategic collaboration to build resilient, cloud-native systems. You will also serve as a Technical Consultant for clients, translating complex business problems into pragmatic, scalable solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architectural Ownership: Lead the design of scalable, distributed systems and define the future of cloud-native architectures.
• High-Performance Engineering: Build, review, and maintain mission-critical production systems primarily in Go (Golang).
• CI/CD & DevOps: Evolve DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Operational Excellence: Set high standards for reliability, security, and observability to ensure features perform at scale.
• Client Solution Design: Act as a bridge between the platform and customers, designing Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) and supporting complex integrations.
• Pragmatic Strategy: Manage technical debt and make high-stakes architectural trade-offs aligned with business growth.
• Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence through code reviews, design documentation, and hands-on support for global teams.

Your Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating complex software systems at scale.
• Mastery of Go (Golang): Expert level in writing idiomatic, concurrent, and performant Go code.
• Cloud-Native Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS or GCP managed services, networking, and cloud security.
• Distributed Systems: Strong grounding in microservices, asynchronous messaging, and data consistency.
• Observability Mindset: Proven experience with CI/CD automation and observability stacks (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, or ELK).
• Client-Facing Presence: Ability to explain complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
