About the Role

In the position of Junior Project Manager – AI Tech at Borek Solutions Group, you will bring together solid project management practices with a commercial and sales-focused perspective. In a strategic partnership management capacity, you will help maintain client and partner relationships, oversee incoming client requests, and support the progress of AI Tech initiatives.

This role suits an early-career professional who is interested in the area where project execution, client interaction, and business development meet within a dynamic AI technology setting. You will collaborate closely with international teams and play a direct part in expanding the AI Tech function in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a strategic partnership management role by supporting and developing important client and partner relationships.
• Oversee inbound client requests from start to finish, including qualification, coordination, and timely follow-up.
• Handle selected Account Management (ACM) responsibilities that support active client engagements.
• Use organized project management methods to keep AI Tech initiatives progressing on schedule, within expectations, and in line with client needs.
• Work across internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth delivery.
• Contribute to broader sales and partnership activities through a practical and proactive approach.

Requirements

• Junior or early-career professional with a real interest in project management and client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, including the capacity to handle several priorities at once.
• Sales-oriented attitude, with confidence in interacting with clients and managing inbound requests.
• German-speaking at a fluent level, both written and spoken.
• Ready and able to travel when needed.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have

• Good English skills in addition to German.
• Exposure to AI, technology, or software-based projects.
• Previous background in account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
