Job Title: Cardiology Subject Matter Expert (SME)

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Cardiology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support high-quality clinical data annotation and interpretation for research and AI/ML model development. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across annotated cardiology datasets used to train and validate AI-driven diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert annotation and interpretation of cardiology data (ECG, echocardiography, imaging, clinical reports)
• Identify key features including arrhythmias, structural abnormalities, ischemic changes, and heart function metrics
• Provide multi-tier QC and ensure consistency across annotated datasets
• Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and clinical standards
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams, researchers, and project managers
• Support dataset validation and clinical interpretation of results

Your Profile:

• MD or equivalent in Cardiology or a related field
• 3+ years of clinical or diagnostic cardiology experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and diagnostic methods
• Clear communication skills and ability to guide annotation teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML training datasets or medical data annotation
• Familiarity with cardiology tools (e.g., ECG analysis software, PACS, imaging platforms)
• Exposure to digital health, remote monitoring, or wearable data
