Job Title: Backend / Integration Engineer (AI Platform)
Location: Prishtina / Hybrid

Your Role:
- As a Backend / Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in onboarding customers onto our AI-powered platform. You will ensure seamless integration of client systems, data, and workflows, enabling customers to successfully launch and use the platform in production. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, cloud integration, and customer enablement.
What You’ll Do:
- Integrate client systems with our platform using REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON-based data
- Configure and support authentication systems (SSO, IAM, permissions)
- Connect and validate client datasets (CSV, JSON, XML)
- Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and early-stage usage
- Support customers in understanding and using the platform effectively
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding experience
- Create clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Assist with testing and validating AI workflows and data pipelines
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in Backend Engineering / Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience working with JSON and data handling
- Basic experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Basic scripting skills (Python or Bash)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- English speaking role
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SSO, SAML, IAM configuration
- Exposure to SaaS platforms or customer onboarding
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data annotation workflows
- Experience working in international or distributed teams
