Job Title: Travel Agent

BizAway supports companies in improving their travel management through evolving services and solutions with a tech attitude. We are looking for travel agents with experience in the travel industry and customer care who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Make reservations for clients through the platform and using our providers.
- Respond to client requests via phone, chat, email and travel requests submitted through the platform.
- Enter customer information in the system to issue reservations or update bookings.
- Explain rules and procedures to use the platform.
- Explain service rules (hotel, car, train, etc.).
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up).
- Availability to work in shifts (including night shift from 22:00 to 07:00).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.
Additional qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Customer care experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
