We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent - Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider.
Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform.
Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking.
Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform.
Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.).

Your basic qualifications

At least 1 year of previous experience in the Travel Industry.
Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency.
Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of the Italian language (b2 and up).
Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

Good communication skills in English B2+.
Customer Care experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
