The company is seeking a motivated and energetic Travel Agent - Italian Speaking (m/w/d) with prior experience in customer care call centers, including inbound calls, emails, and chat support, and with the ability to resolve client issues while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your role in BizAway
- Handle reservations for clients through the platform and by working with the company’s providers.
- Reply to client requests received by phone, chat, email, and travel requests submitted through the platform.
- Record customer details in the internal system in order to issue reservations or make booking updates.
- Clarify the procedures and service rules related to using the platform.
- Provide explanations about service conditions related to hotels, cars, trains, and similar travel services.

Your basic qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of earlier experience in the Travel Industry.
- Basic familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour, or previous work experience in a local travel agency.
- Excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken, at level B2 or higher.
- Readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts from 22 to 7 in the morning.
- High school diploma or another equivalent qualification is required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment skills testing and a background check is required.
