Short description:

• We are looking for travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who can resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make reservations for clients through the platform and using our providers.
• Respond to clients' requests through phone, chat, email and travel requests via our platform.
• Enter customer information in the system to issue reservations or update bookings.
• Explain rules and procedures to use our service and platform.
• Explain service rules for hotel, car, train, etc.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and Spanish (B2 and up).
• Availability to work in shifts (including night shift from 22:00 to 07:00).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

Additional qualifications (valued):

• Good communication skills in English.
• Customer care experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
