We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent German Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Detyrat

Your role in BizAway

• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider.
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform.
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking.
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform.
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.).

Kualifikimet

Your basic qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in the Travel Industry.
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency.
• Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of German B2+.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

• Good communication skills in English B2+.
