INTERNSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Internship

Unit: Payment Systems Unit / POS

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supports the day-to-day handling of POS requests coming from branches.
• Performs field work for the installation of new POS devices and the replacement of existing POS-es at Merchants.
• Keeps the database of incoming requests updated and monitors their progress.
• Inspects POS devices and resolves technical issues whenever necessary.
• Provides assistance to the Payment Systems Unit / POS with other administrative duties related to the unit.
• Reports issues identified during field work.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance,
• Management or other relevant faculties.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Readiness to learn, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Driving License B.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage.
