Role Description

The company is growing its team and is hiring four Sales & Customer Service Representatives in Pristina. This is a full-time, on-site role centered on delivering excellent service and creating a positive experience for customers.

Available Shifts

  • 3 positions: Night Shift (22:00 – 06:00)
  • 1 position: Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:00)

The role involves assisting customers on a daily basis, identifying their needs, and maintaining a strong level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and reply to customer questions without delay.
  • Recommend and sell products in line with customer needs and preferences.
  • Share precise details about products, prices, timelines, and the ordering procedure.
  • Coordinate with other departments to keep customer requests and needs clearly understood.
  • Document customer communications, notes, and follow-up actions in internal systems and track them accordingly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through communication that is clear, prompt, and professional.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices.
  • Proven ability to improve Customer Experience and address inquiries efficiently.
  • Capacity to work on-site and contribute within a cooperative team setting.
  • Prior background in E-commerce or sales is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
