Reports to: ERP System Team Leader

Location: Tirana

Overview

The position focuses on analyzing business requirements, understanding operational processes, and coordinating the implementation of effective ERP solutions that support business objectives. The ERP Systems Analyst participates in development, testing, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement activities related to ERPs and in correlation . The ERP Systems Analyst also leads the project coordination activities and contributes to process improvement initiatives, user training, and functional documentation.

The role works closely with business departments and technical teams to ensure systems function efficiently and align with operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of ERP solutions and business applications.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and implementation teams.
  • Understands the ecosystem where ERP system operates, integrations with other systems or services and ensures data integrity & quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.
  • Coordinate change requests and implementation activities with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure the delivery and maintain functional documentation, workflows, testing scenarios, and user manuals.
  • Leads ERP implementations project planning, task coordination, implementation timelines, and progress tracking.
  • Assist the ERP Systems Team Leader in daily projects and operational activities.
  • Provide guidance and training to users regarding ERP processes and system functionalities.
  • Provide functional support for ERP-related issues when required.
  • Other tasks according to business needs within the area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ERP processes, business workflows, and system integration concepts.
  • Background in ERP systems administration, implementation, functional analysis and testing, preferably in Microssoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Experience, and analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Basic project coordination and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling and basic integration concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills that allow clear communication and collaboration with users and stakeholders.
  • Initiative and ability to propose and implement new ideas.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage priorities, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
