Overview
The role is responsible for leading the implementation and rollout of ERP and related business systems across new countries and retail companies as part of the Group’s expansion initiatives.
The position focuses on coordinating complex implementation projects involving ERP systems, POS platforms, e-commerce platforms, and related business applications. The role works closely with operational departments, finance teams, technical teams, vendors, and local business representatives to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
ERP Implementation & Expansion Officer leads implementation planning, business analysis, process alignment, testing, training, deployment, and transition activities. The role also contributes to process standardization, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and implementation of ERP systems and related business applications across new countries for group retail companies.
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities for ERP systems and related retail applications such as POS, e-commerce platforms etc.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and third-party partners during implementation and rollout activities.
- Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and local market needs to ensure successful system implementations.
- Define implementation scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and resource requirements for expansion projects.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for multi-country and multi-company implementations.
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate post go-live support activities and ensure smooth transition to operational support teams.
- Ensure integrations between ERP systems and related platforms, systems, or third-party services.
- Monitor data migration activities and ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality during implementations.
- Support localization requirements, regulatory adaptations, and operational adjustments for new markets and countries.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, workflows, testing documentation, and training materials.
- Track project progress, implementation risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Provide implementation status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Other tasks according to business needs wihtin the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and other retail business related systems, such as POS platforms, e-commerce solutions, and data flows integration.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably in multi-company or multi-country environments.
- Background in ERP functional analysis, implementation, project coordination, or business applications management.
- Good understanding of business operations, finance, supply chain, retail, logistics, and warehouse processes.
- Microssoft Dynamics Business Central prior experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of system integrations, data migration processes, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience coordinating vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and expansion-oriented environments.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel for implementation and rollout activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Project management certifications are considered an advantage.
