What You Will Do

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand the partner network
  • Negotiate and close commercial partnerships with decision-makers
  • Identify revenue opportunities and market gaps
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Deliver consistent sales performance against ambitious targets
  • Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client success and retention
  • Act as a mentor and support junior sales team members

Kualifikimet

We are targeting professionals who:

  • Have proven success in Sales / Account Management / Business Development
  • Operate confidently in target-driven, fast-paced environments
  • Have strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Understand B2C / B2B sales cycles and account growth strategies
  • Are experienced with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Have strong commercial thinking and ownership mindset
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Speak fluent Albanian; English is an advantage

Experience in Food Delivery or Tech Sales is highly preferred.
