About Baboon Delivery

Baboon Delivery is Albania's leading food delivery platform, connecting hundreds of thousands of customers with 800+ restaurant partners across Albania and Kosovo. Founded in 2015, we are one of the few profitable food delivery platforms in the region and we're growing fast.
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Specialist to join our Finance Department and contribute to the company’s financial stability and growth.

Detyrat

Monitor daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Manage supplier balances, payments, and reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial partners.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.
Assist finance manager with financial analysis and performance reporting.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and support in internal controls.
Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Kualifikimet

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
