B2Tech is looking for a User Acquisitions Manager to lead and optimize online media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, and ad networks.
This is a strong opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to own user acquisition performance, improve ROI, and help shape campaign strategy in a fast-moving gaming environment.
You will plan, launch, analyze, and continuously improve multi-platform performance campaigns, working closely with creative and internal teams to drive measurable growth.
The role is suited to someone who combines hands-on campaign management, analytical thinking, and strong commercial awareness.
YOUR IMPACT
- Plan, execute, and optimize online media campaigns to achieve user acquisition and performance targets.
- Manage multi-platform performance campaigns to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing, audience-focused ad creatives that drive conversions.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as Conversions, CPA, and ROAS, and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to keep B2Tech competitive and innovative.
- Build and improve retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to enhance acquisition performance.
- Use campaign data to produce actionable insights and support better decision-making.
- Contribute to budget efficiency and help maximize return on advertising spend.
Our Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in the sports betting or casino industry.
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and similar performance channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into optimization actions.
- Experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong interest in the sports betting and casino industry.
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance KPIs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and ad network platforms.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets.
- Experience with advanced retargeting strategies and campaign automation.
- Exposure to sports betting, casino, or other regulated digital entertainment markets.
- Additional analytical or reporting experience across weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
