• Bookkeeping the accounting ledger of companies.
• Ensuring the financial records of companies are up to date
• Reconciliation of transaction in AYEN's ERP System and FİNANCA5 system.
• Ensuringthe transactions in both systems are matched.
• Daily tracking of invoices and payments of suppliers and customers.
• Following the changes of financial regulations, legislations and laws of Albania, Slovenia, Serbia. Informing immediately the finance managers in Turkey about all changes occurred.
• Maintaining the relations with banks.
• Contributing to the company's digital transformation goals.
• Preparing all required tax declarations.
• Preparing responses to requests from administrative and tax authorities.

Kualifikimet

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and the FİNANCA5 system
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of financial systems and the fiscalization process
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish;
• Good knowledge of Declarations
• Bachelor /Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues.
• Ability to cope and respond quickly in a high pressure and high stress environment and role.
• Ability to function effectively and accurately under time constraints.
• Decisive and able to use own initiative in dealing with operational problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and numeric skills.
• Tactful when communicating with external companies.
