AUTO1 Group is looking for a System Analyst - Workday Absence & Time Tracking (f/m/x) to become part of the Organisation and Development Team within the People Department. This team works on strengthening AUTO1’s capabilities by aligning strategy, structure, people, systems, metrics, and management processes, while also shaping internal ways of working and supporting team development. Job Description

• Take responsibility for the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules, including their maintenance and continuous improvement
• Handle configuration updates, system enhancements, and the resolution of related issues
• Coordinate implementation work from the stage of gathering requirements through to final rollout
• Contribute to the implementation of Workday Scheduling and potentially assume ownership of it
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to collect requirements and provide effective solutions
• Maintain strong integration between these modules and other Workday components and systems

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience with Workday Absence modules
• Demonstrated skill in identifying, troubleshooting, and solving configuration and functional problems
• Experience in system testing and release management processes
• Previous work in global or multi-country environments, along with strong stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of the touchpoints and dependencies connected to the Absence and Time Tracking modules
