Position: Entry-Level Contract Compliance Analyst
Location: Pristina, Kosovo (In Office)

Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Contract Compliance Analyst, you will assist the audit team in identifying contractual discrepancies and recovering overbillings. You will review and analyze contracts, invoices, financial records, and other documents to ensure compliance with contractual terms and help uncover missed credit opportunities and erroneous billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct contract compliance audits by reviewing and analyzing contracts, invoices, and financial data to identify potential discrepancies.
Verify compliance with contractual terms, pricing agreements, discount structures, and other financial provisions.
Collaborate with the senior audit team to develop audit plans, perform fieldwork, and prepare audit reports.
Identify and quantify financial errors, overpayments, and underpayments, and assist in calculating potential recoveries.
Communicate audit findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written reports.
Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the audit process.
Stay updated with industry developments and best practices related to contract compliance auditing.
Maintain accurate audit documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the auditing process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of auditing principles, contract law, and accounting concepts is a plus (but not mandatory).
Previous experience in auditing or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AI Agents are a plus (but not mandatory).
