Job Description
In this entry-level role, you will support the experienced audit team in detecting differences between contractual terms and actual billing, with the goal of recovering overcharges for clients. The work involves examining contracts, invoices, financial records, and related documentation to confirm that all terms and conditions have been followed correctly. By applying careful audit methods, you will help identify overlooked credits, billing mistakes, and compliance gaps, supporting stronger financial results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out contract compliance audits by examining contracts, invoices, and financial information in order to detect possible inconsistencies.
- Confirm adherence to contract terms, pricing arrangements, discount structures, and other financial conditions.
- Work together with the senior audit team to prepare audit plans, complete fieldwork, and produce audit reports.
- Detect and measure financial inaccuracies, overpayments, and underpayments, while helping estimate possible recoveries.
- Present audit results clearly and effectively, both in spoken communication and written reporting.
- Help establish and maintain strong client relationships by offering high-quality service throughout the audit cycle.
- Keep informed about industry trends and best practices connected to contract compliance auditing.
- Maintain complete and accurate audit records while safeguarding data accuracy during the audit process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, combined with very high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Good command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Proven capacity to organize priorities, work within deadlines, and respond to shifting demands.
- Basic familiarity with auditing principles, contract law, and accounting concepts is considered an advantage, but it is not required.
- Previous experience in auditing or a similar area is helpful, though not necessary because this is an entry-level position.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and AI Agents is considered an added benefit, but it is not mandatory.

- Initial training period: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday-Friday
- After training period: 10:00-AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00 AM-5:00 PM on Friday
