Role Description:

This on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant is based in Pristina. The position plays a key role in maintaining the internal structure and efficiency of the office, overseeing administrative processes, ensuring SOP implementation, managing internal coordination, and handling external communication flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation
  • Ensure implementation and follow-up of internal SOPs
  • Coordinate internal processes and team organization
  • Handle incoming external requests and direct them to relevant departments
  • Maintain structured communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support executive-level administrative needs when required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with office tools (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Experience with structured workflows and SOPs is an advantage
