Role Description:
This on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant is based in Pristina. The position plays a key role in maintaining the internal structure and efficiency of the office, overseeing administrative processes, ensuring SOP implementation, managing internal coordination, and handling external communication flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of internal SOPs
- Coordinate internal processes and team organization
- Handle incoming external requests and direct them to relevant departments
- Maintain structured communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support executive-level administrative needs when required
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office tools (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Experience with structured workflows and SOPs is an advantage
