Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pristina. The Real Estate Agent will identify and present residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, performing basic market research and property evaluations, preparing and updating listings, and supporting negotiations between parties.

The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with legal and financial partners, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant real estate laws and company policies. The Real Estate Agent will build and maintain strong client relationships, actively prospect for new business opportunities, and represent ANEM Real Estate with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations and practices.
Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing property transactions.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide clear guidance throughout the transaction process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a professional environment; ability to work effectively with diverse clients and partners.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in handling contracts, documents, and financial information.
Ability to work on-site in Pristina, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Familiarity with local real estate markets in Pristina and surrounding areas; previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
Basic proficiency with digital tools and property listing platforms; driver’s license and access to transportation are beneficial.
