Production Line Supervisor

Company: Alumil Albania, located in the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market. Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems.

Position Objective: The purpose of this role is executing the painting, wood imitation and packaging line plan of the produced aluminium profiles in their entire quantity, functionally, at low cost and on time, satisfying the customer's requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Defines, supervises and inspects the way of packing the profiles according to the specifications of the client and the profile
• Supervise the profile painting process, including loading and offloading of the profile into the cabins and furnaces
• Supervision and implementation of wood imitation painting program
• Checks the functionality of the equipment and proposes solutions to improve the production line process
• Quality control of the ready product and their final arrangements
• Prepare and report to the production office the employees' daily & monthly time attendance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree of Polytechnic University Profile (Preferable Mechanical Engineer)
• 3+ years of experience in production line
• Strong experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Expertise in variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
• Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency
• High level of accuracy, discretion, accountability, and ownership
• Very good level of English
