Responsibilities:
- Sell sponsorship packages for international conferences across a range of industries.
- Engage with C-level executives and build rapport with high-level decision makers.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through sponsorship and exhibition sales.
- Work independently to meet targets and collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated, able to meet targets, and work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to identify business opportunities.
