Job Title: Event & Project Coordinator / Business Development Specialist
Location: Tirana, Albania
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + Performance-based commission

Description:

  • Are you ambitious, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in international business development? This role offers the opportunity to engage with top-tier executives, develop key business relationships, and drive revenue through sponsorship and exhibition sales.
  • The role focuses on selling sponsorship packages for a portfolio of international conferences across diverse industries, interacting directly with C-level executives and facilitating business partnerships between leading industry players.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell sponsorship packages for international conferences across a range of industries.
  • Engage with C-level executives and build rapport with high-level decision makers.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through sponsorship and exhibition sales.
  • Work independently to meet targets and collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to meet targets, and work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to identify business opportunities.
