Are you an ambitious and persuasive communicator with a drive to succeed? Do you want to work in an international sales environment where your earnings reflect your effort? We are expanding our Sales Team in Shkodër and are looking for multiple Delegate Sales Representatives to join a dynamic and results-driven team.

What You Will Do:

  • Sell conference seats to top-level executives across industries.
  • Engage with senior business leaders, build strong professional networks, and drive sales to achieve financial rewards based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and target key decision-makers across various industries and countries.
  • Reach out to potential delegates via phone and email to present conference benefits and drive sales.
  • Develop and manage a strong network of contacts to maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Re-engage past clients and follow up on new inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize strategic sales techniques and event descriptions to craft compelling pitches.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Passion for professional growth and a drive to achieve financial success.
  • Open to fresh graduates; full training provided.
