Job Title: Structural Drafter

Description: A Structural Drafter is responsible for creating detailed drawings and blueprints for buildings and other structures. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that the designs are accurate, functional, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and improves structural project plans for feasibility and technical accuracy.
• Prepares detailed construction drawings and technical documentation in compliance with local standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with designers, architects, and site engineers to ensure a smooth process from design to implementation.
• Analyzes construction details and materials to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assists in the preparation of technical documentation, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and other supporting materials.
• Monitors key project phases and provides accurate and timely technical support to on-site teams.
• Ensures that all processes comply with safety and engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the development or implementation of construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other structural design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
