Description: Albania Bay Marina is looking for an Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
  • Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
    Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of software packages. good interpersonal and time management skills.
