Responsibilities:
- Organising meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role.
