This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Tirana. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, and contribute to maintaining organized workflows.
Detyrat
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
