Ideal Candidate

A detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional with at least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Albanian accounting and tax regulations, is proficient in ERP systems, and can independently manage financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and month-end closing while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) in the ERP system.
Ensure accurate processing and registration of all incoming and outgoing invoices.
Prepare and submit internal financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Manage financial statements and all required declarations to tax authorities.
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions.
Solid knowledge of Albanian accounting and tax regulations.
Preparing the budget and forecasting.
Handle payroll and HR administrative tasks.
Coordinate month-end closing and maintain a clean and accurate general ledger.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls.

Job Requirements

University degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of Albanian accounting and tax regulations.
Strong understanding of financial reports and principles.
Working proficiency in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
