Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Description:
- The Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense accounting. They will also prepare and follow up on cash flow, monitor inventory and company assets, lead internal reporting and monthly consolidation, and develop internal accounting procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciliation of bank statements with company account recordings.
- Expenses accounting and cost allocation.
- Cash flow preparation and follow up.
- Inventory follow up and reconciliation for goods and company assets.
- Accounting of company assets.
- Internal reporting. Lead the consolidation of the monthly balance sheet, income statement, equity/ and PPE/ via managing/directing Operating Company financial submission process in accordance with corporate timelines. Report timely to HQ finance department in accordance with company charter.
- Developing and overseeing internal procedures that regulate accounting and financial activities of the company and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related degree.
- 3 years’ experience with independent accounting functions.
- English language is a must.
- Organizational skills and ability to lead many tasks at once.
- Computer and analytical skills (specifically, Microsoft Office applications).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
