WE’RE HIRING: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Agna Kosova is looking for an experienced Commercial Director who is motivated to create added value and drive growth by recognizing new commercial possibilities and contributing to the direction of marketing activities. The company is seeking a candidate who stays continuously informed about market trends and conditions in order to advise senior leadership strategically. This position calls for a creative and strategic professional with strong organizational capabilities, ready to expand the company’s commercial operations and increase revenue in a way that supports sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and put commercial strategies into practice in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Concentrate on initiatives designed to speed up business growth.
- Use market research and analytical methods effectively, including preparing detailed business plans.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of business growth models and identify upcoming commercial opportunities.
- Prepare plans that support expansion and further business development.
- Maintain a clear understanding of current customer relationships and their needs to make sure expectations are fulfilled.
- Take strategic risks when needed, while working to win new customers and oversee client relationships.
- Work closely with and align cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Build and sustain productive partnerships with key stakeholders through excellent relationship-management skills.
- Apply performance metrics to track commercial activity results and present findings to senior management.
- Support the definition of financial targets, budget preparation, and compliance monitoring through strategic thinking and critical analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At minimum, hold a BS/BA in business administration, finance, or a similar field; an MS/MA is considered an advantage.
- Have successful professional experience as a Commercial Director or in another relevant position.
- Show a proven track record in sales and/or marketing, together with the ability to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Possess a solid understanding of market research techniques and analysis.
- Have sound knowledge of performance reporting and financial or budgeting procedures.
- Bring strong commercial awareness and instinct combined with a strategic approach.
- Demonstrate very good organizational and leadership abilities.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
