WE’RE HIRING: BRAND MANAGER

Agna Kosova is seeking a motivated, strategic, and future-oriented Brand Manager to become part of its active team. This position is suited to someone who is eager to shape strong brand experiences and advance innovative marketing initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the integrity of the brand across every touchpoint and guide efforts in advertising, campaign planning, internal communication, digital media, and customer engagement. The position plays an important part in strengthening brand visibility and supporting long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement brand marketing plans that support business goals.
- Increase brand recognition, positioning, and reputation across markets.
- Carry out market research and competitor reviews to uncover trends and new opportunities.
- Establish and uphold brand guidelines, mission, values, and tone of voice.
- Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, digital, and BTL activities.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team so that marketing plans contribute to sales results.
- Monitor brand performance and consumer insights, then provide recommendations that can be acted upon.
- Evaluate campaign results and prepare reports on performance while suggesting improvements for future activities.
- Continuously bring forward fresh ideas together with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand value.
- Follow brand profitability, market position, and performance against competitors.
- Produce regular reports on brand results and progress.
- Oversee sales performance, distribution, and execution in the market through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate product availability, stock planning, and import schedules with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Manage budget planning and cost evaluation related to marketing activities, transportation, and trade investments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent English skills; certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC are considered an added benefit.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the latest developments in marketing trends and technologies.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Very good interpersonal abilities and strong collaboration skills within a team.
- Thorough understanding of brand development, customer perception, and competitive dynamic.
