We are seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to own website content strategy, governance, and optimization for our corporate website. This role partners closely with content, creative, technology, SEO, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned digital experiences that improve user experience, boost search visibility, and drive conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Content Strategy: Lead creation and execution of the website content strategy, editorial guidance, user journey mapping, user outcomes, and content discoverability.
Partner with Communications, Brand, Product, GTM, and HR teams to align web content with messaging and business priorities.
Website Governance & Change Requests: Review and evaluate incoming website change requests, identify the underlying business need, and recommend solutions that align with corporate site strategy, templates, and branding.
Maintain intuitive information architecture; guide web producers on prioritization and delivery; serve as CMS subject matter expert on templates, components, workflows, and production standards; own taxonomy and tagging.
Content Management & Governance: Oversee organization and categorization of CMS content; conduct regular audits for accuracy, relevancy, and brand/regulatory compliance; lead UAT for new templates/experiences.
Manage full content lifecycle, retirements, archival decisions, and ongoing page relevance.
Content Optimization: Use Google Analytics to measure performance and inform strategy; partner with SEO teams on SEO/LLM best practices (AEO/GEO) to improve visibility, rankings, and citations.
Monitor martech and industry trends to identify engagement and ROI opportunities.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Represent the web team across integrated campaigns, major launches, and day-to-day updates; coordinate with web operations and the technical back-office team on cross-functional delivery.
TEAM & REPORTING STRUCTURE
Individual contributor role with no direct reports.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
