We are looking to hire a Guest Relation Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and provide a seamless experience to our guests throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure that all guest feedback is recorded and addressed promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the quality standards across all hotel services and facilities.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on guest experience and quality assurance findings.
• Support the management team in implementing improvements in service quality.

Qualifications:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Albanian, English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
