We need someone who looks at an ad account and sees exactly where the next euro should go.
This is a performance media buying role across Meta and Google. You plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, manage budgets, and scale what works. You live in Ads Manager and Google Ads, and you're measured on results.
This is a numbers role, not a design role. You'll build simple ad creatives from templates, but you're hired for your ability to buy media that performs, not to make things look pretty.

We're an international team bringing experience from South America, Italy, and China. We run the ad operations and order fulfillment behind the products we sell.
Day to day
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Manage budgets, bidding, and targeting to hit performance targets
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for ROAS, cost per result, and conversions
- Test audiences, creatives, and offers to find what scales
- Build simple ad creatives using templates (Canva or similar)
- Track and report results
You're a fit if you have
- Experience managing paid advertising on Meta and/or Google
- Social media management experience
- Comfort building ad creatives from templates (Canva or similar apps)
- B2 or higher English or Italian
- Comfortable working on a computer, not just your phone. You'll be in Ads Manager all day.
- Good energy. We work closely and want people who are easy to work with.
Bonus
- Experience on both Meta and Google
- Ecommerce or COD background
- A second language (English plus Italian, or the reverse)
